Non-Profit Partner

Thank you for your interest in the Cherry Creek Arts Festival’s Non-Profit Partner Program.

Partnerships with other non-profit groups in the community continue to be developed as an increasing number of arts and special interest organizations build economic alliances between the Cherry Creek Arts Festival (CCAF) and diverse segments in the community. The NPP program has provided well over half a million dollars in shared proceeds to our partners over the life of the Arts Festival.

The Cherry Creek Arts Festival will continue to offer opportunities for Non-Profit Partners for the 2015 event, which will be held July 2, 3, 4, 2016 in Denver’s Cherry Creek North.

The NPP Program is designed to support non-profit groups in our community by offering an opportunity to: 1) market their organization to the 380,000 annual visitors and 2) provide a revenue generating opportunity by having the NPPs donate time by staffing beverage booths during the festival. Beverage booths include Pepsi products, fresh squeezed lemonade and beer booths. Revenue for a non-profit organization’s involvement comes from a percentage of the retail sales generated. CCAF relies on its income from retail sales as a primary revenue source, enabling the Arts Festival to continue the event as an annual tradition in Denver, and to establish year round support of art and education programs.

Communication and Training The Arts Festival will provide a mandatory “virtual training” prior to the event including:

  • Details on the fund raising benefits of the program
  • General training and standards of operation of your booth
  • Information on booth safety and sanitation procedures
  • Distribution of Arts Festival maps and general volunteer guidelines
  • CCAF will also provide an optional in-person training session, which is ideal for new groups to attend, or organizations with a large number of new participants. The details of that training will be communicated along with the acceptance notices.
